Laser-based technology that creates detailed 3D models of terrain.
LiDAR uses laser pulses to measure distances and generate accurate 3D representations of the land surface. In Kenya, it is used in forest mapping, flood modeling, and infrastructure planning. Though more expensive, it’s highly effective for dense vegetation and complex terrain analysis.
